In tire production, chemical processes create substances that attack conventional LED components.
Standard solutions fail prematurely in this environment, leading to high maintenance costs and regular replacement cycles.
The problem is not the lighting itself, but the chemical exposure of the installed materials.
A solution had to be developed that permanently withstands these conditions.

We developed a specially adapted LED solution based on chemically resistant components.
LED chips and materials were specifically selected that are insensitive to the substances generated in production.
The solution is not simply a different lamp, but a targeted adaptation of the components used to the real environment.
This creates a system that works under conditions where standard solutions fail.
